= Premise = Cycles tend to devolve into a situation where one player assumes the responsibility of tracking state for all interractions. This is unsustainable. This proposal offers an alternative, where each player is responsible for tracking their own state, and for informing other players when an action they take affects the other player's state. It also suggests enforcement mechanisms, to ensure players have an updated state before taking actions. Finally, it proposes opportunities for additional shenanigans that could be explored, based on different interpretations of "global game state", including a model of decentralized, versioned rule standards. And, rather existing in a state of finality where all of the statements above are true in a manifest sense, this proposal exists in a state of unmanifest platonic idealism.
