== Counter == Each player has an Income, which starts at 1, and a Counter, which starts at 0. Once per phase, each player may increment their Counter by their Income. == Reinvestment == Players may subtract 1 from their Counter to increase their Income by 0.1 as long as their Counter is greater than 0. == Winning == At the end of each phase, a random Winning Threshold is generated between 1 and 100, not limited to integers. Any players whose Counter is greater or equal to the Winning Threshold win.
