== Terminology ==

"Page" refers to a Wikipedia page.

== Movement ==

Each player has a current page, which is the page they are currently on.

Once per phase, each player may move to a new page that is linked to from their current page, or may return to their previous page.

== Scoring ==

There is a destination page. At the end of each phase, if there are any players on the destination page, they each gain 1 point, and then a new destination page is chosen.

Once a player reaches 3 points, they win and the cycle ends.

== The Pool ==

The Pool is a list of unique pages. 

Whenever the rules call for the drawing of a page, an entry from the Pool is selected at random, which is then removed from the Pool.

Once per phase, each player may add a set of up to 10 new pages to the Pool.

== Preparation Phase ==

The first phase of the game is a preparation phase for populating the Pool. During this phase, no actions defined in the Movement section can be taken.

At the end of the preparation phase the destination page is chosen. A starting page is also drawn which becomes the current page of all players. Any players who join the game after this phase also start on the starting page.
