===Words===

Words are items.

The ruleset is an ordered list of words.

If a proposal removes words from the ruleset, those words are transferred to the proposer's inventory. If a proposal adds words to the ruleset, those words are transferred to the specified position in the ruleset from the proposer's inventory. Removals happen before additions so that the same word can be removed and added back elsewhere in the same proposal. When a proposal passes, if any of the aforementioned transfers cannot be completed or are no longer valid, the proposal does not pass.

===Ink===

Ink is a fungible item used to create words. When a player joins the cycle for the first time, they gain 10 Ink.

Players can destroy a word in their possession to gain 0.5 Ink.

Players can create a copy of any word they own or the ruleset owns in their possession for 1 Ink. 

Players can create a random word for 1 Ink. (HOW?)
