===Letters===
Each phase players may randomly select 8 letters by rolling 8d26 in #shuffling.
After selecting 8 letters, a player may select 5 unique words by posting to #shuffling that can each be formed by a subset of those letters, and the words selected are then granted to that player.

=== Rulecrafting ===
Boggles are a kind of rule that have lower precedence than standard rules. Boggles otherwise have a higher precedence the older it is. 

Once a phase, a player may spend words in their possession to create a boggle containing the words spent by posting the proposed boggle to #boggles. A boggle is adopted if at least 3 players agree that it makes sense as a rule by reacting :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:.

Punctuation inserted into boggles are free to insert, except for spaces. Spaces are automatically inserted between words spent. Hypens are not allowed.
