Rule Exclusionary Principle[edit | edit source]
Proposals are enacted in order of popularity. If two proposals are the same amount of popular, both explode. If a proposal enacts a rule that already exists, it explodes.
Explosions[edit | edit source]
When a proposal explodes, it's author takes 1 damage.
Phase Damage[edit | edit source]
Players lose 1 hp every phase.
Damage Recovery[edit | edit source]
If a player authors a proposal that passes and does not explode, they gain 1 hp.
Joining Addendum[edit | edit source]
When a player joins, they get 30 hit points, minus the number of phases passed times 2. (EG A player that joins in phase 3 starts with 24 hit points.)
(This rule is to make the default playing period to be somewhere below 30 phases, as 3 months is 28 phases, using the timing of 2 phases/week.)

Last player alive wins.
