Terminology
"Page" refers to a Wikipedia page.
Movement
Each player has a current page, which is the page they are currently on.
Once per phase, each player may move to a new page that is linked to from their current page, or may return to their previous page.
Scoring
There is a destination page. At the end of each phase, if there are any players on the destination page, they each gain 1 point, and then a new destination page is chosen.
