Wikipedia Race Nomic - Link
Round Nomic -- Summary: There are rounds which contain multiple phases. Proposals are primarily only enacted at the end of a round, and actions can occur each phase. A winner each round, as the rules get more developed.
Scamomic -- Summary: A tour of the common scams in Nomic.
