Golems

Enact a rule entitled Golems with symbol $GOL and text:
Golems are entities defined by this rule as such. Each Golem has the following properties:
- Name, a string of characters
- Signing Fee, a positive integer
- Salary, a positive integer
- Employment Limit, a positive integer
- Consultors, a set of players
- Perks, a body of text
Golems can own items.
A player can contract a golem with a number of consultors less than its Employment Limit by transferring to that golem shares whose value is equal to or greater than that golem's signing fee. When they do so they become a consultor of that golem.
A consultor of a golem is considered a paying consultor if they have done any of the following:
- contracted that golem in the current week.
- transferred to the golem a number of shares whose value is equal to or
greater than the Salary of that golem during the current week.
When a paying consultor of a golem takes a game action, any effects described in the Perks of that golem pertaining to that game action are applied.
At the end of each week, for each golem, all non-paying consultors of that golem cease to be consultors of that golem.
