Foreword: See the board game city of six moons. This is an attempt to make a nomic with undeciphered rules, within which, are deciphered together. The only other rules to start are the boilerplate for judging (perhaps judging is modified to be more democratic).

Mips are only usually only possible when the local region is "green".
Rules to the contrary notwithstanding, a leatherhair can chuggle in forsworn dimensions.
