Cycle 13/Ruleset Submissions

The Ruleset Submissions must flow.

Voting will work as follows:

• Write a document containing mostly rule text that outlines most of your cycle's unique ideas.
  • For instance, you don't have to write a full ruleset, just the parts that our old cycles haven't done before and you don't have to have well-formed rule text for everything you want to do with your cycle, though it would be helpful.
• Post that document here, placing it under its own header.
• The deadline will be 00:00 UTC on 26 September 2022. Make sure to submit before then!
• We rank the suggestions.
• After that, we'll have the final draft phase where we collaboratively create the final initial ruleset.
• The round begins at an unspecified date when that's done.
