Cycle 14/Ruleset Submissions

The Ruleset Submissions must flow.

Voting will work as follows:

Write a document containing mostly rule text that outlines most of your cycle's unique ideas.
- For instance, you don't have to write a full ruleset, just the parts that our old cycles haven't done before and you don't have to have well-formed rule text for everything you want to do with your cycle, though it would be helpful.
- Create this document in your own userspace; i.e. "User:Username/Nomic Idea"
Post that document here, placing it under its own header.
The deadline is undecided. Make sure to submit before then!
We rank the suggestions.
After that, we'll have the final draft phase where we collaboratively create the final initial ruleset.
The round begins at an unspecified date when that's done.

Chess Wheel

The gist is that everyone has their own chess board. Certain spaces can be shared between different chess boards, allowing you to move between the boards. Initially the final rank of all the boards are shared; the rest of the ranks can be envisioned as spokes of a wheel eminating from the axle.
