There are 9 Voting Blocs, which are arranged in a 3x3 grid.

The names and positions of Voting Blocs within the grid are as follows:

A1 B1 C1

A2 B2 C2

A3 B3 C3

A Voting Bloc Term lasts 2 weeks. All proposals are voted on in the Voting Bloc Term after the one they are submitted in.

At the start of every Voting Bloc Term, each player is randomly assigned to 3 Voting Blocs. Afterwards any Voting Blocs that have no players are randomly assigned to a single player.

For a proposal to be popular, it must be approved by any group of 3 Voting Blocs that form a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal straight line.

For a proposal to be approved by a Voting Bloc, at least one member of the Voting Bloc must have approved it and none may have vetoed it.
